Our Return Policy
To return an item purchased from the Archival Clothing Store, you must do so within 30 days of purchase.
Items that are new (unworn/ unused) can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, laundered or have the normal marks of wear.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return an item purchased from the Archival Clothing store or exchange items for a different size or color. After we receive your email we will provide further instructions.
Archival Clothing processes refunds within one week after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card (or PayPal account). Please note that a credit issued to your credit card may take additional time to be acknowledged by your credit card institution.
You can exchange an item, while it is still new, for a different size or color. Place a new order through Archival Clothing — or contact us at email@example.com. This way we can get a replacement item on the way to you as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly refund your credit card or PayPal account for the purchase price of the item.
If you purchased an item through one of our retail partners, you should contact them directly on a return. We cannot refund the purchase price of any item not purchased from us directly.
If you need to exchange an item that you received as a gift, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we should be able to, in most cases, help you identify the order and proceed with the return. Let us know how we can be of assistance.
Something Wrong with your order?
It’s pretty unusual, but we admit we’re not perfect and we can make a mistake. We will do our best to make it up to you and get the right item to you, as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away and we will take care of the problem.
